All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, all hair extension purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aluxeleganttape@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and, if applicable, offer a replacement or another appropriate solution.
