Shipping & Payment

Every ALUX order is prepared with care and dispatched from our warehouse in Spain. Below you will find everything you need to know about delivery times, costs, and payment options.


Shipping

Where we ship

We ship across the European Union and to selected international destinations worldwide. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your country, please contact us at aluxeleganttape@gmail.com before placing your order.


Spain (Domestic Orders)

All orders placed within Spain are shipped from our Valencia warehouse.

Shipping Method Estimated Delivery Cost
Standard Shipping 2–4 business days Will be calculated at checkout
Express Shipping 1–2 business days Will be calculated at checkout

All prices shown on the website include IVA. No additional tax is charged at checkout.


International (Worldwide)

Shipping Method Estimated Delivery Cost
Standard International 5–10 business days Will be calculated at checkout
Express International 3–5 business days Will be calculated at checkout

International orders are shipped without VAT. Please note that your country may apply import duties or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order price. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.


Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.


Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Klarna (pay later / instalment options)

All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. Your payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers. We do not have access to your card information at any point.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We personally inspect every ALUX set before it is dispatched. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aluxeleganttape@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review your case promptly and offer a replacement or an appropriate solution.

Please note that all sales are final due to the hygiene nature of our products. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
